Pricing is a little steep for how dated some units' appliances, cabinets and countertops are, but the property is nice and well-kept, and staff from the management to facilities is great, kind and friendly, and always available if we have issues.

Office and maintenance staff have been very helpful in the last 13 months I have lived here! They are always improving not only in the tenant care but also the apartments themselves. For example, my building just got a new roof recently and they restriped the parking lot. They gave us plenty of notice and recommendations on where we could park. I am always happy to come home to a clean and fresh looking apartment complex.

Loved living here! The woodlands surrounding the complex are beautiful, and drowned out the noise from the street. Staff was amazing and helpful. Maintenance requests were attended to immediately.

I love living here. There were several management changes over the past few years, but they finally brought in management that is good. They handle requests promptly and maintenance is on site and they keep the property well-maintained. It’s quiet and charming. There’s a walking trail in the back for dogs. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because there is no leasing office on site. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet place to live.

This is by far one of the best properties to live in! Inside of the apartments are so nice, I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath, and it is so spacious and beautiful. I’m big on natural light, and there are so many windows to let all that sunlight in! The woodland views are gorgeous, most apts face the trees and it’s so nice to look out onto that. The property itself is always so clean, the maintenance staff do such a great job keeping everything looking nice. (I’ve lived in some very expensive but still gross looking apartments complex’s) I’ve had a couple small maintenance issues, but they resolve the issue faster then anywhere else I’ve lived. Also, this place is so quiet! No matter where I’ve lived, you usually hear at least cars driving through bumping music, or noise from neighbors. I’ve never heard a peep from anything outside or inside. I’m shocked at how collectively everyone is very respectful of each other! I definitely recommend this place to anyone that likes a nice quiet and serene home!

I love living at Woodview! The Apartment complex is beautiful and kept up well by maintenance. The wooded views are amazing and make my home such a serene oasis with the peaceful nature sounds, sublime panorama and wonderful privacy. My neighbors are so kind and considerate as well. And of course the office staff are so friendly and are always there to help if needed. They resolve any issues promptly and I can tell they really care about their residents. I couldn’t be happier calling Woodview home. :)

Woodview was the perfect place for us to land after escaping Los Angeles in the pandemic (August 2020). We rented it without being able to visit the complex and so we were quite anxious. Jotika and Kelsey made the transition easy and friendly. My wife and I love the apartment. It has wonderful appliances in the kitchen and the in-unit laundry was a lifesaver for us since we moved here with a 6 month old boy. The complex is super quiet and the nature bordering the complex really adds to the charm and peacefulness. All maintenance issues were handled super quick and without fuss. The location is superb. Close to multiple stores and walking distance to several parks. We had not planned to stay longer than a year but the apartment has exceeded our expectations and we have decided to continue living here. Our apartment is clean, modern, quiet and our balcony is a great size. The extra storage closet on the balcony was perfect for all our extras. We also really like the layout of the apartment. The entryway gives you space to place all your jackets, shoes and winter / rain gear by the door for easy access. Plenty of windows for natural light. The two trees outside our balcony and living room picture window are very pretty to look at. We are very happy with the complex.

The apartments are spacious and have actual wood-burning fireplaces! The management seems to be responsive to issues. Also, you are close by to many amenities, including shops, restaurants, and places to run your pets.

We have lived here at for over 3+ years now and ownership has changed hands a few times. What I can say is that the team we have right now is great. Huge shout out to the Woodview maintenance crew! Since the new team started we have had incredibly prompt and kind service! They are friendly, courteous about our space and have as much respect and pride in the buildings as we as tenants do. We came from a nightmare apartment complex and we couldn’t be more happy with Woodview. For the most part it’s quiet, the staff is so friendly and helpful, maintenance requests are fixed timely. It’s clear that Woodview cares about the property. We couldn’t recommend more!!!! Come live here, you will be glad you did.

I had really high hopes for this apartment complex. Sadly we were shown a similar unit and not the unit we would move into. If we would of seen the unit we'd move into, we would be running. This apartment is infested with ants. Literally day one we found so many in the bathroom and living room. A week later it is spreading to the dining and kitchen area. They have already ruined a box worth of food. They are spreading fast within this apartment, I wouldn't be surprised if there is multiple colonies underneath the carpeting. I'm worried what the state of this apartment will be in two weeks or a month. This unit clearly was not ready for our move in. When they had cleaned this apartment up from the last tennants it would of been clear as day to see this unit has an obvious ant infestation. Did they clean this unit? So far it really feels like they haven't. It is really unfortunate moving up 3 flights of stairs from our previous clean apartment, which was also on the 3rd story. To live with ants that we probably on average kill 100 a day. I really hate to leave such a bad review but this is an issue that should of been dealt with before our move in date. Also to add, I've been in houses where ants were an issue but not to this degree. This apartment is so infested and we are on the 3RD FLOOR. I see less ants outside for crying out loud. We're all pretty upset about the fact they let us even move into this unit saying nothing to us. Update 08/25/2020: They handled the ants and wasps pretty quickly. It's been almost a week now and barely any ants have been seen in the apartment. We have seen one or two but they were probably scouts and we killed them. So far so good, also they gave us some gift cards. Which was super kind and we are thankful. With the ants basically gone and the wasps gone this apartment is pretty nice. We love the location and the airflow and light in this unit. We just didn't love the ants and that affected our review heavily.

This is the first apartment that I lived in. Very nice location and close to my work. My apartment faced the forest. I really enjoyed this location, it was quiet and peaceful. Office staff was on top of everthing. Grounds were always kept up. Maintenance was quick and done right. I was very sad when I had to move because of my job. I miss this place.

Great place - very quiet and safe. The staff does a great job in the upkeep of the apartment community. Jotika is so kind and amazing. She was one of the main reasons I moved to renting an apartment in Woodview. She is a great property manager and has great people skills! She and her team were quick with the maintenance requests I had over the past 3 years. If you love birds, and squirrels this is the place to be.You'll also see our all year round resident - Anna's hummingbird hovering over the beautiful flowers and the outdoor water fountain by the leasing office :)

Great place! Very quiet for having a lot of convenience. Walmart and Safeway. For all you PokemonGo players this is a good area for spawns. Bus is right outside on Murray. Jotika the manager is fantastic! Sad I had to leave. The area in the spring smells welcoming. One downside is no AC. Get a portable.

I absolutely love Woodview! These apartments have great, open floor plans with huge windows and surrounded by woods. The staff is phenomenal - super efficient and incredibly professional. The location is perfect in giving you access to lots of shopping, dining, entertainment options and plenty of nearby walking/biking trails. If I could give 10 Stars, I would in a heartbeat.

Lived here for 20 months. Fantastic place to live. The management is top flight as is the service. They deal with every question I have as quickly and efficiently as possible. Service requests are handled very quickly and completely. I've considered other living accommodations but the people of Woodview have made it easy for me to stay there.

I have lived here over 2 years - it's the best apartment community and home I have ever lived in (out of 7 in the area last 15 years). The interiors have rounded corners and spacious rooms, large windows. In back, the protected wetlands - tall trees squirrels and birds just feet from the back of the balcony. Grounds are well maintained, and service on any of the minor issues I've had was quick and thorough. I'm moving to be closer to work in Vancouver - and I am really sad to leave this little "tree house". The manager Jotika,, maintenance, work hard to keep Woodview a nice place to live - when they have to bring up an issue they are so very nice and respectful about it,
