APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Beaverton

I just wanted to offer a great review for Woodview! I rented the apartment from across the country; site unseen so I was nervous but I could not be happier. The apartment is immaculate and beautiful. Fresh and bright. The complex itself is kept very clean and it is honestly probably one of the quietest and most peaceful communities I have ever lived in. The neighborhood is gorgeous and upscale; walkable to many places and within the service area of a free shuttle called Catch the Spot which takes you all over the neighborhood and adjacent neighborhoods for free. They honored the specials they offered. A very special thank you to Nic. He worked very hard to help me navigate the process; and has gone above and beyond with answering questions and always being available. He’s a top notch person and it’s obvious he cares a lot about the residents. Thank you Nic and team!

Gary the maintenance manager takes such good care of the property. He replaced our dishwasher very fast and followed up to make sure it's all working. He's so kind and personable and makes residents feel so welcome!

Woodview Maintenance Manager Gary is the simply the best. We appreciate Gary having his expert crew take care of issues as they arise. I've worked with many contractors over the years on a variety of jobs so appreciate having someone like Gary take charge at this property. He is very busy multi-tasking everyday but manages to do an excellent job. I have to say one of the best staff at the Woodview Property on Beard Road is maintenance manager Gary!
